Bellows expansion joints are key components of any pipeline. Their primary function is to absorb the expansion, contraction and vibrations created under high temperature, high pressure and highly corrosive conditions. Products are widely used in the steel, coking, utility and petrochemical industries.

Withstand axial, lateral or angular motions
Our bellow expansion joints are integral parts of clean solution systems for the follow industry applications:
Coke Dry Quenching: CDQ systems recycle exhaust heat in the metallurgical coking process. We are the first domestic company to be able to produce joints for CDQ systems in China, replacing Nippon Steel of Japan as the primary provider of this critical component domestically.
Ultra High Voltage: Our disk spring joints are used in ultra-high voltage electrical transmissions, which significantly lower the amount of energy lost over in transmission over long distances.
Coke Oven: Our connecting bend pipes are used in coke ovens. Our design renders the previously used rigid elbows obsolete. Our product lowers the risk of explosions and dramatically increases the ease of installation for coke oven gas piping systems.
We undergo stringent testing for all of our expansion joints to detect and prevent defects. We utilize X-Ray, ultrasonic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and SF6 gas leakage test to ensure high quality, high performance and safe products.
